We can modify these privacy policy rules of conduct by publishing an updated version of these rules. We will give you reasonable notice for all major changes.
II. de Buedemleër sàrl privacy policy principles
de Buedemleër sàrl takes privacy seriously. Pursuant to the privacy policy implemented in our Company, the following five principles are the foundation of our service for respecting your privacy:
- Our Company will use all your personal data fairly and in good faith.
- You have the right to be clearly informed of the way we use your private data. We will always maintain a transparent attitude towards you as regards the data we collect and the way in which we use it.

Implementation of your consent
In the event that personal data, which does not fall under a legal or contractual obligation, is collected, de Buedemleër sàrl informs you that its transmission is optional and that, when it is transmitted, requires your consent for de Buedemleër sàrl to subsequently electronically process it, pursuant to the terms and conditions hereof.
How do we collect your personal data?
Pursuant to these data privacy rules of conduct, your "personal data" means one of several pieces of information which may enable us to identify you. This generally includes information such as your last name, first name, address, login, email address, date of birth and telephone number, but may also include other information on your past and/or present professional activities. We can collect this information from different sources, in particular:
- Information which you provide us with directly
- Information which an ordering party from your business provides to us
How do we use your personal data?
We use your personal data as part of the overall management of our organization's activity, in other words:
- to propose service offerings to you;
- to fulfil orders which you have entrusted us with;
- to manage our service invoicing as well as your invoicing for our accounting;
- to develop a customer database.
When we collect personal data for these sole purposes, we do not store it for longer than required to fulfil these purposes, unless we have to keep it for legitimate legal reasons.
Who do we share your personal data with?
As a general rule, we do not share your personal data outside de Buedemleër sàrl.
Notwithstanding, to fulfil our service agreements correctly, specific personal data must be transmitted to our external subcontractors. The latter may only use this data to accomplish the mission which is entrusted to them by de Buedemleër sàrl.
We may also share your personal data with third-party bodies if we believe that the disclosure of this information is necessary for legal reasons for purposes of proceedings, for example debt collection.
Do we transfer your personal data to other countries?
We do not transfer any of your personal data to servers outside the European Union and we work with subcontractors who undertake to do likewise.
In the event of policy changes in this respect, this transfer will be made pursuant to data privacy protection laws and you will be informed.

We take every reasonable precaution to ensure your personal data is stored safely and we require any third party which handles or processes your personal data for us to do likewise.
In the event that de Buedemleër sàrl collaborates with other businesses, these businesses will only be chosen after a comprehensive selection process has been completed. In this selection process, each individual service provider is carefully selected for their pertinence as regards technical and organizational data protection qualities.
The access to your personal data is restricted to ensure no unauthorized access, no modification or misuse, and it may only be accessed by our employees who need it to fulfil their mission.
What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
Should you have questions, comments or concerns as to how we process your personal data, you may contact the personal data processing manager or the personal data protection delegate directly.
You have the right to:
- ask us for a copy of your personal data which we keep, ask us to correct it, update it, or delete your personal data from our files and records, and inform us of any misuse of your personal data.
If you believe that your personal data has not been processed pursuant to the law, you may contact the Luxembourg Data Protection Authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.lu) and lodge a complaint with them.
