Your questions about carpets & rugs

Carpet, also known as “tapis-plain” in Luxembourg, generally covers the entire floor of a room. A rug, large or small, is movable and covers only part of the floor. It can, in particular, be made to measure.
Textile floor coverings contribute to acoustic comfort. The result depends in particular on their structure, thickness, installation method and backing. Depending on the product, a special acoustic backing can also be chosen to enhance acoustic performance.
