Our flooring services

Personalised advice

Every project is different. We take the time to understand your needs, your wishes, how the spaces are used and the constraints of the project before recommending the most suitable solution.

In our showroom in Ehlerange, by phone or on site when necessary, we help you compare the different options and make the right choice for your project.

  • Choice of materials & finishes — Wooden floors, resilient flooring, carpet and technical solutions.
  • Technical & design advice — A solution suited to the use, the subfloor and the style you are looking for.
  • Comparing solutions — Advantages, constraints, maintenance and renovation options.
  • New build & renovation — Advice suited to new construction as well as existing buildings.
  • No-obligation quote — Your quote costs you nothing, but preparing it involves real work: we study your project in order to plan the necessary services as accurately as possible and give you a clear, detailed offer.

On-site analysis & measuring

Good preparation starts with a precise analysis of the situation. When the project requires it, our specialists come on site to take the dimensions, examine the existing subfloor and identify any technical constraints.

  • Surfaces — Measuring the dimensions and quantities required.
  • Subfloor — Checking the existing floor and its condition.
  • Technical constraints — Analysis of any particular features that may affect preparation or installation.
  • On-site advice — Discussion directly in the context of the project.
  • Preparing the quote — The information gathered helps us plan the necessary work as accurately as possible and limit unforeseen issues.

Preparation & professional installation

The quality and durability of a floor covering depend as much on the chosen product as on the preparation of the subfloor and how it is installed.

Our floor fitters work on wooden floors, resilient flooring, carpets and other flooring solutions, adapting the preparation and installation technique to the product and the existing situation.

  • Removal — Removal and disposal of old floor coverings when necessary, including tiles depending on the project.
  • Dust — Appropriate measures to keep disturbance to a minimum during work that generates it.
  • Site organisation — Work carried out in one or more phases depending on the situation.
  • Furniture — Moving small items of furniture when necessary and possible.

Maintenance & care products

Proper maintenance helps preserve the appearance, finish and performance of your floor for longer. As every floor covering needs specific care, we advise you on the appropriate methods and products.

We also offer professional maintenance carried out by our teams, in particular to refresh and maintain your existing oiled wooden floor. Depending on the type and condition of other floor coverings, certain professional treatments can also be offered.
  • Personalised advice — Depending on the material and its finish.
  • Suitable products — Care products selected for each type of floor covering.
  • Good practice — Dosage, frequency and cleaning method.
  • Durability — The right care routine to preserve your floor for as long as possible.

Floor covering repair

A damaged plank, a worn tile or a locally deteriorated floor covering does not always mean the whole floor has to be replaced.

When the situation and the product allow, we look for a targeted repair to extend the lifespan of the existing floor covering.

  • Localised replacement — Damaged planks or tiles, depending on the floor covering.
  • Repairs — Work on damaged areas when technically possible.
  • Joints & finishes — Spot repairs depending on the system.
  • Analysis — We assess the condition of the floor before deciding on the appropriate solution.
  • Prevention — Advice to avoid further premature damage.

Parquet repair

A damaged wooden floor does not necessarily need replacing. A damaged plank, a weakened area or even part of the substructure can sometimes be repaired.

We work on both recent and old wooden floors, whether glued or laid on joists, with the aim of preserving as much of the existing material as possible.

Good to knowBefore ripping out an old or damaged wooden floor, have its condition checked. Behind a worn floor there is sometimes a parquet that simply deserves to be repaired and renovated.
  • Damaged planks — Replaced where possible.
  • Glued wooden floors — Localised repairs depending on the existing construction.
  • Wooden floors on joists — Work on the floor and, if necessary, on certain parts of the substructure.
  • Old wooden floors — Finding suitable solutions to preserve their character.
  • Finishing — Repairs and joins carried out with care.
  • Advice — We look at the options for keeping your floor before considering a complete replacement.

Renovation of existing floors

Over time, even a quality floor covering can lose its lustre or show signs of wear. Depending on the material and its condition, a renovation can extend its lifespan without having to replace the whole floor.

Request your quote for parquet sanding!

  • Wooden floors — Sanding, repair and a new oiled or lacquered finish depending on the floor.
  • New shade — Depending on the wooden floor and the finish, a coloured oil can change its appearance without replacing the floor.
  • Linoleum — Stripping, sanding and sealing to restore it.
  • Rubber — Depending on the product and its condition, a renovation can restore the existing floor covering.
  • Skirting boards & finishes — Replacement or restoration when necessary.
  • Advice — Recommendations to preserve the result for the long term after renovation.

Preserve rather than replace

Preserving what already exists is part of the way we work. When a floor can be repaired or renovated under good conditions, we look into this option before recommending its replacement.

This approach extends the lifespan of materials, limits waste and, in some cases, allows you to keep a wooden floor or floor covering that still has many years ahead of it.

We also attach importance to the choice of our partners and the products we offer.

Repair & renovate — Prioritise preserving what already exists when this is technically appropriate.

European production — Favour, in particular, parquet and products made in Europe whenever possible.

Short supply chains — Reduce distances when the products and projects allow.

Partners — Work with manufacturers who share our standards of quality and sustainability.

Choice of wood — Favour European species and limit the use of exotic woods when suitable alternatives exist.

Your questions about our flooring services

Yes. We draw up a realistic schedule based on the project and do everything we can to meet the agreed deadlines. Good organisation of our teams and coordination with the other trades also allow us to adapt to unforeseen events on site.

Unsuitable care can damage a wooden floor or its finish prematurely. The most common mistakes include:

  • using too much cleaning product or not following the recommended dosages;
  • using harsh products, such as bleach or chlorine;
  • cleaning the wooden floor with too much water;
  • using a product that is not suited to the floor's finish.

Oiled or lacquered, every wooden floor needs suitable care. We advise you on the right products and methods and, if necessary, can also carry out professional maintenance of your wooden floor.

We do not handle full site management, but we work closely with architects, project managers, painters, joiners, kitchen fitters and other companies involved in order to coordinate our work.

This communication allows us to prepare our work under good conditions and limit unpleasant surprises.

It depends on the type of work. When our work generates dust, we put suitable equipment and protection in place to keep disturbance to a minimum. At the end of our work, we leave the site clean.
