Two pleated designs, many possibilities

A pleated blind is made of fabric folded like an accordion, while DUETTE® uses a cellular honeycomb structure. Compact and made to measure, they fit many types of window, including some special shapes.

Depending on the fabric and system, they let you control light and privacy, with various operating options such as TopDown-BottomUp. The DUETTE® cellular structure can also improve thermal comfort at the window.

Why choose a pleated or DUETTE® blind?

  • Flexible — Numerous configurations let you adapt the opening to the light and privacy you want.
  • Compact — The pleated fabric takes up little space when folded and blends discreetly into the window.
  • Light & privacy — From sheer to blackout, depending on the fabric and configuration.
  • Special shapes — Some solutions are suitable for trapezoidal, triangular or other unusually shaped windows.
  • TopDown-BottomUp — Depending on the model, the blind can be opened from the top and/or the bottom to preserve privacy while letting light in.
  • Thermal comfort — The DUETTE® cellular structure creates air pockets that can improve insulation at the window.
  • Customisable — A wide choice of fabrics, colours, patterns, pleat depths and profiles, depending on the collection.
  • Versatile — Mounting and operation can be adapted to the window and how it is used: wall, ceiling, window sash or glass pane; manual or motorised operation depending on the system.

Your questions about DUETTE® and pleated blinds

Yes. Their cellular structure creates air chambers that can help reduce heat transfer at the window. Performance depends on the model, the glazing and the configuration.
It allows the blind to be moved from the top and/or the bottom, depending on the system. This way, you can preserve privacy at eye level while letting light in from above.
Pleated and DUETTE® blinds offer numerous configurations for unusual windows. The right solution depends on the shape, the dimensions and the preferred operating method.
