A fabric blind that folds up elegantly

Also known as a Roman shade or fabric blind, the Roman blind consists of a fabric that rises in regular horizontal folds. It thus combines the softness of a curtain with the compact operation of a blind.

Made to measure, it can be used on its own or combined with curtains. The choice of fabric lets you play with transparency, privacy or blackout and adapt the blind to the style of the room.

Discover the various fabric collections and making-up options in our showroom in Ehlerange.

Why choose a Roman blind?

  • Warm — Fabric brings softness and visual comfort to the window.
  • Decorative — When raised, the fabric forms horizontal folds that play a full part in decorating the window.
  • Compact — The fabric folds up horizontally and clears the window when raised.
  • Made to measure — Dimensions, fabric, making-up and finishes are tailored to the window and the project.
  • Customisable — Materials, colours, textures and patterns let you tailor the blind to your interior.
  • Light & privacy — From semi-transparent to blackout, depending on the fabric chosen.
  • Easy to combine — The Roman blind can be used on its own or combined with curtains to complete the window dressing.
  • Different styles — Depending on the fabric and making-up, the look can be understated, contemporary, classic or more decorative.
  • Versatile — It suits many rooms and adapts to different window formats.
  • Functional solutions — Depending on the collection, some fabrics can meet acoustic, thermal, flame-retardant or antibacterial requirements.
