Starter
- Cream of chestnut soup
- Gravlax salmon with marinated red cabbage, dandelion salad with potato and bacon vinaigrette, and bread
- “Wëllebau” platter - Luxembourg specialities and bread
Main course
- Oven-baked sweet potato, 2 kinds of hummus, pomegranate and market vegetables
- Cod with tagliatelle, “Bimi” broccoli and almond-scented butter
- Veal steak with baby potatoes, carrot cream and a fresh herb and crème fraîche sauce
Dessert
- Three-Chocolate Melody - chocolate mousse, Petit Beurre cake and praline
- Panna cotta mousse - strawberry ganache and crystallised chocolate
