Were you a Tapis Hertz customer, or are you looking for their services? Since 1 September 2024, de Buedemleër has taken over the Tapis Hertz name as well as its curtain and fitted carpet activities. We are delighted to continue this story and to welcome you to our showroom in Ehlerange, where we can advise you and support you with your new projects.

Two family businesses, shared values

Tapis Hertz and de Buedemleër have a great deal in common: two Luxembourg family businesses built on a passion for the craft, dedicated teams and know-how passed down from generation to generation.

Both share the same commitment to human relationships, personalised advice, quality and work well done. It is in this spirit of continuity that de Buedemleër took over the curtain and fitted carpet activities of Tapis Hertz in 2024, following the closure of the shop at La Belle Étoile.

Your questions about the Tapis Hertz takeover

Yes. We can offer you hand-knotted rugs and other made-to-measure rugs, selected or designed according to your preferences in terms of style, material, size and colour. However, we do not keep a permanent stock of oriental rugs in the shop. We only offer rugs designed to suit your needs — look, material, sizes, etc.

No. de Buedemleër has not taken over these ranges of small decorative items, bathrobes and towels. We do, however, offer many solutions for fitting out and personalising your interior — curtains, blinds, made-to-measure rugs, cushions and acoustic solutions.
